A woman from Delaware County is now in custody, when she was captured the video.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, 29 April at Prospect Park, Pennsylvania in 4th Street and Madison Avenue.
Police said that a female-woman was identified as a 44-year-old Christina Solomato of Ridley Park-a road of another driver was defecated in a road angry incident that started when a driver bites the other. While the other driver did not inform the police about the incident, a witness recorded it and posted a video on Instagram. The NBC10 has edited the video heavily due to its graphic nature. The police later identified Solomato as suspects. He was taken into custody on Thursday and was accused of collecting garbage on indecent performance, disorganized conduct, criminal mischief, harassment and highway.
While the viral video has cut a lot of jokes and punishment, Prospect Park Police Chief David Madonna told NBC 10 that it was not a matter of laughter.
He said, “I know it is making a lot of joking. All kinds of garnish and online but the lines below, we are considering it seriously. It cannot happen in this community. No city wants it to be so in their city,” he said. “Manyata a city reaches such a thing, it is really unwanted. We don’t want it.”
The NBC10 reached the family members of Solomato, who did not agree to an interview, but said that it was more for the story than just the viral video. NBC10 also learned that the family is trying to get a lawyer.
