A defendant who dumped dirty adult diapers and climbed into the compartment outside the children’s nursery survived an immediate jail period after repeated attacks on remand.
Abbi Taylor made excitement to avoid a nursery fire during a “bizarre” series of milk bottles and events.
A court has identified a 46 -year -old man as a woman, but a male is being held in jail and was referred to with both men and women during a sentence on Friday.
Taylor was sentenced to a two -year prison, who was suspended for two years after the judge heard about “particularly difficult times” in custody.
The defendant from the South Shields, convicted for three cases of dumping bags of toxins – human waste -based diapers – in nursery in South Tincide.
Taylor also admitted to stealing clinical waste bags from one of the businesses and also to break a criminal behavior order imposed by the Nottinghamshire Magistrate Court within 10 meters of the nursery nursery without a proper excuse.
After the last sentence in April, the Newcastle Crown Court heard that Taylor was sent to custody for about three months after being convicted for three more violations of a criminal behavior order.
Jane Foli, prosecution said, Employees at a nursery in Cleidon were seen “much larger than the people used” on a fortnight basis “and in May 2023, in May 2023, a female member of employees saw Taylor out of one of the bin and seen running away.
A manager at a South Shields Nursery, who faced similar incidents, saw one of the clinical waste compartments “rooting” inside “in January 2023.
In another nursery in Jaro, the car was scattered around 50 loincloths around the park and the children were migrated to avoid milk bottles and fire, the employees eventually refused to open the morning, Ms. Foli said.
In April 2023, the magistrates of Nottinghamshire implemented a three -year criminal behavior order, stopping the taylor from going inside the 100m nursery, as he was convicted of harassment, alarm or crisis in the nursery, when he was seen out of a big adult shells bin wearing a big adult diapers.
After that incident, Taylor was interviewed and “to get gold and comfort” to go to one bin.
The court was told about the previous incidents going back in 2014.
Ms. Foley said that in June this year, Taylor accepted three violations of a criminal behavior order with without-related incidents.
In an incident, on 25 September last year, Taylor, an angry resident in a block of flats, was parked inside one of a communal compartment, quickly pulled her trousers as she got out of the bin and ran away after faced.

The court was told that Taylor’s Facebook profile was referred to for being a “adult baby diaper lover”.
Nick Lane, defending, Taylor stated that “was particularly difficult time in custody” and “subject to many physical attacks”.
The court heard that a mental health report concluded that Taylor was not suffering from any clinical acute mental health status.
The defendant had “terrible personal circumstances and upbringing”, it was said.
Judge, recorder Richard Herman said: “This is a highly unusual and highly disturbing set of crimes, which disturbs your failure more than your failure and explains the inspiration behind its bizarre.”
He said that he would suspend the two -year jail sentence for two years after being detained about Taylor’s time, saying: “I know what you know if you dissolve this order in any way.”
Taylor, who will have GPS monitoring tag, was also ordered to complete a 100 -hour unpaid work and a 40 -day rehabilitation activity.
A spokesman for the South Tenside Council said: “It was an unusual, complex and disturbing case that has been brought before the courts for the hard work and perseverance of our environmental enforcement and legal teams.
“We want to appreciate the courage of the nursery staff for their care, as well as the assistance provided for our investigation.
“Criminals have caused serious stress, disturbances and discomfort for parents, employees, children and public and we are satisfied that the person is being convicted of proper criminality as a result of our investigation.”
