The court dropped the Ford government’s plan to remove the bike lane.

A court has unconstitutional the Ford government’s plan to remove the bike lane on three major Toronto roads, saying “the risk of loss and death to the people would increase.”

Cycle Toronto took the province to court to remove the bike lane on Yonge Street, Bloor Street and University Avenue.
