Montreal-corrective service Canada says the 69-year-old convict has survived a prison in the Laurentian area of Quebec.
Employees discovered late Saturday night that the Lori Bill was not present during the count of a prisoner in the minimum-security unit of the German Archumbalt Institution, where he was serving the first-degree murder sentence.
The German is 5’10, weighs 166 pounds and is bald with light skin and brown eyes.
They have a tattoo of a sword with the name “Carol” on one hand, and the other has two Sehorus and two dragons.
Germana is the second convict killer to escape from Archambault in the last few weeks.
Fellow prisoner Richard Plord survived from June 22 and was arrested the next day by Quebec Provincial Police.
