Leader of Lichfield District Council, Councilor Dag Pullen said: “The defendants appeared in the Crown Court and requested not to be guilty for all the allegations related to fly-tipping in water lane.

“We are disappointed that the court system will not be tested until 2027 due to backlog, but I have every belief in my environmental health team and whenever it happens, will continue to take a zero tolerance approach for fly-tipping in Lichfield district.”

Sheen, Granz Road at Uttexator, and the company will now face testing in March 2027.
