25 -year -old Hasan Zhangur killed five people with his seat Ibisa when he reached his sister’s wedding reception, where the fight between the two families broke.

Prosecutor Jason Pitter Casey told the jury at the inauguration of the trial that the Zhangur was guilty of murder as he intended “to cause very least serious harm” when he used his car as a weapon.

He said that although the goal of Zhangur may be the Khan family, “The law says that your intentions can be transferred from one person to another, even if he does not intend to hit that particular person”.

Mr. Pitter said that the “public sentiment” of Mr. Marriott and Ms. Noris “unknowingly brought him amid a family dispute”, which spread on the road on 27 December 2023 in the Berngrev region of Shefield.

Mr. Pitter said that a wedding between Amani Zhangur and Hasan Khan, which took place that morning, seems to be in the heart of stress “.

He reported that the gamblers raised an issue at the time of marriage and at the place and Amani grew to fall with his mother and sisters, and none of their families eventually attended the wedding in the mosque.

The court heard that when Amani was later at the house of the Khan family in the college court, his mother Ambreen Zhangur and sister Nafisa reached Zhangur, and a rapid “unpleasant” argument on the road rose in violence, and Nafisa Zhangur was fainted.

Mr. Marriott, who was out on a post-Christmas tour with his family, saw Nafesa Zhangur lying on the road and decided, “luck”, to see if he could help, when his wife and children return home.

Ms. Noris, who was walking with her companions and children, did the same.

The court heard that Zhangur was told about his sister being injured, and one seat reached the spot in Ibisa, driving in Hasan Khan’s father, Riyasat Khan, who stood in the middle of the road talking to 999 call operators.

The seat hit a group of four people on the road – Nafisa Zhangur, Ambreen Zhangur, Ms. Noris and Mr. Marriott – before coming to a stop in the front garden.

Mr. Marriott was fully prepared under the car and no signs of life were shown when the emergency services touched the vehicle to get it.

Mr. Pitter said that Zhangur got out of the car, while the engine was still running and stabbed Hasan Khan several times to the left of his head and several times in his chest, with a knife.

In his speech of the jury, Richard Thin Casey defended that although “unknown results” were “terrible” of Zhangur’s dangerous driving, “it was neither a murder nor it was a mangelot”.

Mr. Justice Morris told Zhangur, who was convicted of murder after a vengeance, that he has to face life sentence.

It will be put in jail on the date of setting.

The judge thanked those in the public gallery, including widow Bryoni Marriott and his families, “you have shown the whole trial for calm dignity and etiquette”.

When the convict’s decision came back, he had not seen.
