The provincial police is investigating a deadly collision on Southbound Highway 404 at Richmond Hill on Saturday morning.
Officials say a 77 -year -old pedestrians from Toronto were trying to cross the highway before 9:00 am and were killed by an SUV. He was later declared dead on the spot.
A driver was taken to the local hospital with minor injuries.
The Southbound Highway 404 is closed in the 16th Avenue, while the crew is investigated and clear debris.
