Tejashwi Yadav v. BJP Bihar Teacher Recruitment Question Paper Leak Case

“But now the question paper of TRE-3 has been leaked as per NDA rules,” said Tejashwi Yadav.

Patna:

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on Sunday claimed that the leaked question papers of the teacher recruitment exam conducted by the PSC proved that the NDA-ruled state was experiencing “mafia rule”, drawing sharp criticism from the BJP.

Deputy Chief Minister and BJP president Samrat Chaudhary claimed that a chairman of the state Public Service Commission (PSC) must be jailed when the RJD ruled the state.

However, he did not mention the name of the arrested Bihar Public Service Commission chairman.

When reporters drew his attention to the RJD leader’s statement, Mr Chaudhry said: “Is he (Tejaswi Yadav) sane?”

Mr. Yadav claimed, “We conducted Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE)-1 and TRE-2 without any incident of question paper leak. We provided teaching jobs to 2 lakh aspirants within 70 days but there was no incident of question paper leak at all. .But now as per NDA rules, TRE-3 question paper is leaked. This is because of mafia raj.”

Yadav said similar incidents of question paper leaks have also been reported in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, which fall under the NDA.

Responding to the allegation, Mr Chaudhry said: “We will take strict action against all those involved in the document leak. Those involved in the incident are criminals.”

The investigation is ongoing. No one is immune. There is an NDA government in the state, not an RJD government. ”
