FBI Detectives are investigating after death of one “Happy” and “bubbly” teenager on board carnival cruise ship,
Anna Kepner, 18, was traveling on the Carnival Horizon ship miami till Caribbean According to officials, he died on Saturday. The exact circumstances surrounding his death are not yet known.
His family have paid emotional tribute to the teenager, describing them as a “people person” and “the best kid ever”. talking to ABC NewsHe said: “When she walked into a room, she would light it up.
“If you were sad, she would make you laugh. She would make jokes and be the funniest person in school.”
He explained that the 18-year-old from Titusville, Florida, had recently taken the entrance exam for the military and had chosen that career path in hopes of “helping her community.”
“She was a human being,” her family said. “She loved being around people. She had the kind of energy that drew you in with her smile and the way she carried herself. She was a very easy person to talk to.”
Facebook has been flooded with tributes from friends of the family, who remembered Anna as a “beautiful angel” and a “beautiful soul”.
An FBI investigation has been launched into his death. Carnival Cruise Line confirmed his death in a statement Saturday, saying: “Our focus is on supporting our guest’s family and cooperating with the FBI.”
“Since this is an ongoing case under the jurisdiction of law enforcement, all media inquiries need to be directed to the FBI’s Miami Public Affairs Office.”
