Kelan Boksa was stabbed about 27 times as he used to travel home in a route 472 bus WoolwichSouth-East London, Tuesday 7 January.
Emergency services were called Woolwich Church Street, near Woolvich Pheri, just before 2.30 pm.

In an unusual step, the Scotland Yard released CCTV images and two boys nominated as part of a public appeal for information.
Two boys of the age of 16 were accused of murder and appeared to hear a petition in Old Bailey on Friday.
The pair blamed Kelian for killing and had a knife on Woolwich Church Street.
Kelly’s relatives saw gasping and disturbed because they were sitting meters away from the dock, where both boys were sitting by the authorities.
The reporting of the case was delayed for some time after one of the boys barrister, which called time to talk to his customer to appear as an unexpected petition.
Later, the youth returned to court and confirmed his guilty petition.
Judge Mark Lukraft Casey ordered the report before being sentenced on 25 July.
In an earlier hearing, prosecutor Tom Little KC said the victim was sitting on the back seat of the bus on the upper deck when he was attacked by two youths equipped with “long matches”.
When they boarded the bus and went straight to her, the court was told that the defendants knew before the presence of Calian.
Mr. Little said: “It is clear that this is not a form of spontaneous event. Both defendants will know that the deceased was in the bus.
“They contact her and almost immediately, both of them pulled out the Macches and attacked the deceased.
“He is stabbed or an attempt to knive a knife on a total of 27 occasions before the defendants made their way from the bus.”
One of the Macches in the River Temes was released, but was later recovered.
