To experienced Teacher Once described as “very popular”, a disciple has been banned from class after having sex with a disciple.
Andrew Brook, 61, Queen Elizabeth High School for a long time NortherlandBetween March 2019 and August 2020 developed a “unfair relationship” with an effigy, and later for six months after leaving school.
The teenager felt that she could not tell the then 56 -year -old father because she often takes her to a remote car park to have sex behind her van, while she was in the sixth form.
Despite the girl’s efforts to end the relationship, Brooke convinced her to take the relationship in her first term at the university, where she came to meet her despite being in a national lockout during the Koronvirus epidemic.
He said that the burden of lying about the relationship, an order of Brooke felt him for more than a year from his family and friends.
“Looking at the relationship, I believe that was very manipulated by Mr. Brook,” he told the inquiry panel.
“He was big and in the position of the authority. I felt as if I could not say him in that relationship because he was in that situation.
The panel issued an indefinite prohibition order against Brook, when he found that the teacher showed “full lack of insight and regrets” for his behavior, as well as impacting the girl’s actions.
In a written response to the panel in February 2024, Brooke accused the investigation into being engaged in “moral policing” outside his remit, claiming that the girl was not manipulated, but “she knew what she wanted”.
The teaching regulation agency (TRA) found lack of its repentance, as well as “attempts to reduce the influence of his behavior of the disciple”, as “evidence of the real risk of repetition”.
Brooke asked Putli A to sit on his lap during a coach trip. A few weeks later, he sent a message, in which he had his luck for his A-Level exam.
By summer, the pair was often conveying the message. Pupil A said the messages were favorable in nature.
But by December, the pair was getting at least once a week. They will meet only outside the city after school. He said that the meetings became “quite intimate”.
Next month, Brook picked up the pupil from work in his van, took them to a remote car park of the country and told that he was strong feelings for him. She said she knew that the comments were “strange”, but she felt that she was “flatter”.
A few weeks later, he again took her to a car park and kissed her several times. Pupil A stated that he initially felt “disputed and shocked” with Brooke’s advances.
From March, he started having sex behind her van. Pupil A said that they would “park, put the back seats down, pull the curtain round, then he would ask me to lie down and take off my clothes and we will have sex”. Then he started telling him that he loves him, as well as buys liquor cans.
Left for the disciple’s university, Brook started going to him. During these trips, those who were during a national lockdown, they bought their wine, drank together and allegedly smoked marijuana, and they slept together.
Pupil A described the relationship at that point as “sexual” in nature. The pair will discuss their prolonged passion for politics, human rights and Tibetan sovereignty.
Pupil A stated that by that time, she “felt that a large part of the relationship was about sex for her”. It eventually ended between February and April 2021.
Prohibition order prevents Brooke teaching in any class in England.
