Addressing the claims in the petition, Hedtekar told the panel that he was directly involved in excluding two students and the decision was taken in consultation with various other management employees.
He said that his actions had no “basis” to claim that his actions impressed the students of BAME or SEN.
A separate crowdfunder page that claimed that Mr. Aducie tried to “a cruel exclusion and a silenting and his reputation” also increased £ 320 due to the incident.
The panel found that Mr. Educi had “deliberately and predetermined decisions to publish untrue and/or misleading comments about colleague A (Hadtcher) and then to manipulate children’s actions for their personal purposes”, which was considered “misuse of their situation and misuse of confidence”.
The evidence was found that Hedtekar faced “threatening to misuse online” as direct as the petition, which was kept in the school gates.

Mr. Aduci, who had been working in school since 2019, did not mitigate the panel for any mitigation or material insight or remorse for his actions.

He said: “In this case, factors mean allowing the low review period not enough to achieve the purpose of maintaining public confidence in the profession.
“These elements are the severity of conclusions that include safety failures and lack of evidence of either insight or repentance.”
