Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been recognized as a top employer in Europe by the prestigious Top Employers Institute, according to a statement. This is TCS’s 12th consecutive entry on the top of the list.
“It (TCS) was named a top employer in 12 countries, including Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, Sweden, Italy, Finland, Denmark, Norway, France and Spain,” the company said in a statement.
TCS Europe has over 17,000 employees, of whom over 5,000 claim decade-long tenure.
In FY24, TCS Europe hired more than 1,000 associates, comprising a diverse workforce from 142 countries. More than 32 per cent of local hires are women – an achievement attributed to TCS’s excellent internal leadership program for women, highlighted in the ‘Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lighthouse 2024’ report released by the World Economic Forum Is. According to the statement.

TCS is training its employees in digital skills and new technologies like Generative AI. After successfully training over 150,000 associates in GenAI, the organization is now working on certifying over 25,000 associates on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Gen AI services.
