Even when they do manage to find some time together, their outings are often plagued by a swarm of paparazzi who relentlessly stalk the celebrity couple in the hope of snapping snapshots of their private lives.

The pair tried to keep a low profile on Tuesday as they headed to dinner at the Bird Street Club in Los Angeles.

For the most part, they were able to avoid being photographed, but then one of the photographers took some photos of the interior of the car as the pair drove home.
