An Interlachen police officer who arrived at the scene also reported hearing Catledge making threats against the victim. The victim said Catledge threatened to stab her if she called law enforcement.
Deputies arrested Catledge and charged him with aggravated assault.
“En route to the Putnam County Jail, Catledge made several statements to the deputy that he was going to ‘beat up’ [the victim] When he got out of jail,” the sheriff’s office said.
Catledge is being held on a $5,000 bond.
