Strictly Come Dancing Live – Competition heats up ahead of Blackpool week

strictly has announced that Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley Roberts, The Wanted’s Jay McGuinness and actors Lleyton Williams and Danny Mac will return for the Blackpool broadcast next week. They are expected to act in a very special group number.

Last week, my colleague Rachel McGrath wrote about the talents of Amber Davis, who regularly faces criticism because of her previous dance experience.

,strictly Competitors like Davis are needed. There aren’t many people who can do that replace a wounded star On just 24 hours notice. When it comes to performing, she embraces dynamic, exciting and ambitious routines, and her natural talent means her pro partner Nikita Kuzmin can do everything with the choreography.

We’re back for the eighth week of the competition, with only eight couples left.

Alex Kingston and Johannes Radebe will dance a waltz to “Weekend in New England” by Barry Manilow.

Balvinder Sopal and Julian Callan will perform the American Smooth Dance to the song “My Guy” by Mary Wells.

George Clark and Alexis War dance the Rumba to Lily Allen’s “Somewhere Only We Know”

Karen Carney and Carlos Gu will perform the American Smooth dance to “You Don’t Own Me” by SAYGRACE.

La Voix and Aljaz Skorzenek will dance to the couple’s choice of Barbra Streisand’s “Don’t Rain on My Parade.”

Lewis Cope and Katya Jones will sadly dance the tango to “12 to 12”.

Vicki Pattison and Kai Widdington will dance the jive to “Sound of the Underground” by Girls Aloud.

Amber Davis and Nikita Kuzmin will dance the Paso Doble to Aerosmith’s “Dream On”.
