Andrew Bousfield, prosecuting at Friday’s hearing, said a restraining order had been imposed on Bales over the £60,000 proceeds from the sale of his house.

He said funds from court confiscation orders under the Proceeds of Crime Act would be donated to the Treasury, police and police charities.

The barrister also asked the court to make a compensation order against Ms Harrison.

Ms Harrison said she was awarded £207,900 in damages and paid £213,515 in costs to her unsuccessful pro bono solicitors after the case was heard at the High Court, but Bear Stearns “did not pay a penny”.

“If you’re innocent, you shouldn’t have to pay the price,” Bell interjected from the secure dock of the court.

“That’s really proven in court,” Ms Harrison said from the witness box.

She said she had been told that enforcing the High Court ruling would likely cost more than she expected to recoup.

Mr Busfield said: “Reality TV stars are not going to put in huge sums of money to fund what is the world’s most expensive High Court action.”

Ms Harrison said Bell “sold his house from prison – he sold his house at well below market price to a company called We Buy Any House”.

She said he “never showed an ounce of remorse or apology for what he had done”.

“I’ve got a restraining order,” Bell shouted from the dock.

Ms Harrison said of the private video shared online: “It completely destroyed me for a long time.”

She added: “One thing that has always really affected me is that if I ever want to have children one day, the camera will always be there.”

She said she also lost her job as a result of the incident.

Proceedings were briefly interrupted when three young men entered the court, while Ms Harrison took a seat in the witness box and next to the defendant in the dock.

Bell said he didn’t recognize them and they left before the judge addressed them and said “Free Stephen Bell.”

Speaking outside court, Georgia Harrison said: “No one has the right to make money from any crime but to make so much money from image-based sexual abuse is, frankly, abhorrent.

“I think it is important that anyone who commits such a horrific crime returns the money they have earned to their victims and the justice system, particularly following a successful conviction.”

She said she would donate some of the funds to charities “that have supported me through this ordeal.”
