Chennai, 2 October (IANS) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Thursday criticized the Central Government for issuing a special postage stamp and asked a special 100 rupee coin to mark the centenary of the Rashtria Swayamseva Sangh (RSS), such gestures humiliated India’s secular Ethos and Dissonore Mahahatma Gand.
Speaking after paying floral tribute to Gandhi on his birth anniversary, Stalin said that India was now “celebrating an organization that shaped the thinking of a communal element, who killed the father of the nation.”

He said, “The power that will always provide us with strength to face the seeds of hatred between people and divisive forces,” he said, urged people to confirm their commitment to the values of Mahatma.

The national symbol appears on reverse.
Stalin’s statement, describing the move as “deformation of the soul of India”, which is one of the strongest political reactions from opposition to the Center’s decision, which comes at the time of increasing criticism that the government is trying to bring the RSS into the mainstream – long -term ruling Bharatiya Janata Party’s ideological parents.
