China banned investing in Sizewell C, Energy Secretary Ed Milliband Pledge
The Energy Secretary has said that China will be stopped from investing in a new size C power station.
Asked if China would be able to invest in the new power station, in Safok, Ed Milliband told the BBC Radio 4 program: “No”.
But he refused to invest from other foreign governments, saying: “I am not going who are private bidders. We have got a process at this time.
“This is a majority public investment in this, we are going to get some private investment in Sizwell C, but obviously, it always undergoes national security checks.
“It is about making sure that any bidder … are those you want part of your nuclear power station.”

The entire cost of Sizewell C is accused of ‘not clean coming’
Stop Sizewell CK Ellison Downs said that ministers did not “clean” about the entire cost of the project, which the group earlier estimated that some could be £ 40 billion.

Sizewell C nuclear plant is to be built with £ 14.2bn government funding
