South West Water Parent Business Penon has appointed industry veteran Keith Haslet as his new boss.
Mr. Haslet, who currently leads Intimacy waterThe next year is due to Penon becoming the chief executive.
Susan Davi revealed the plan to retire as Penon Boss in July, 18 years later with Utilities firm.
Mr. Haslet, who has also played executive roles in Northumbrian Water and United utilitiesInvestment on the sector and a major period of regulatory investigation will lead the penone.
He said: “I am happy to improve the level of customer service and enhance our environment through an ambitious investment program at 2030 and beyond that to join the penone group at an important time.
“My attention will be to ensure that the penon distributes the expectations of all customers, stakeholders and regulators.”

“Keith is an experienced leader in the UK water sector, who brings over 25 years of experience in regulated utilities, with a strong track record of running operational excellence, distributing complex capital programs and increasing shareholder value.

“He has made an extraordinary contribution to the group in the last 18 years, leading and executed a transformational development strategy.”
Penon reported “strong return to profitability” despite high costs in the hot summer season last week.
The FTSE 250 water firm said it maintains the “flexible” supply of water despite the high level demand due to the weather conditions.
