Soldier was killed as a bid for infiltration as an army in North Kashmir

Uri, 13 August: A soldier was killed in a fierce gunman with militants after the Indian Army on Wednesday thwarted an infiltration attempt with the Line of Control (LOC) in the URI region of North Kashmir.

Official sources said the soldiers attached the terrorists infiltrating the terrorists into a brief but intensive exchange of fire.

Sources said, “During the operation, one of our soldiers made supreme sacrifice, defending the nation.”

He said that the army has started a counter-inflammatory and bat (border action team) operation in the area to track the attackers.
