The State Investigation Agency (SIA) conducted several raids in Ponch in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday. According to Nia, a house associated with terrorists is allegedly being raided. The details about the investigation are awaited.
On 17 May, the State Investigation Agency (SIA) conducted extensive raids at about 11 places in Central and North Kashmir.
Meanwhile, a week ago, similar raids were conducted as part of the ongoing investigation into the sleeper cell module in South Kashmir.
These cells were broadcast sensitive and strategic information related to Indian security forces and major establishments using encrypted messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Signal.
According to the release, these raids were conducted to investigate cases registered under various classes. The competent court has authorized these discoveries, which are conducted in the presence of Executive Magistrates.
Officials said that adequately growing material was seized during the raid, and the suspects were scored for further questioning.
