Siya raided Yasin Malik’s residence, seven other people in Srinagar for 1990 KP woman murder

Srinagar, Aug 12, KDC: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) discovered at eight places in Srinagar on Monday, including the residence of Mohammad Yasin Malik, head of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) in connection with the murder of a Kashmiri Pandit woman in 1990.

Officials told the news agency Kashmir.com that the raids were conducted in connection with FIR No. 56/1990 under sections 302, 120 RPC, 3/27 weapons Act, and 3/2 TADA, which is originally registered at the police station Nigen and is now being investigated by the SIA.

A team led by SHO Maisuma and an executive magistrate led by Dysp Abuss Hussain discovered Malik’s Maisuma residence. Ghulam Qadir Malik’s son Malik has currently been recorded in Tihar Jail in New Delhi.
