The winter session of Parliament is starting from Monday (December 1). The session is expected to be stormy as the opposition has sought discussion on special intensive revision of voter lists, the death of an election officer in Bengal and the Delhi blasts case, among other issues.
Congress said that there is a need to discuss the issue of national security because the Red Fort is no longer safe due to the arrival of terrorists there. Apart from this, there are also issues like inflation, unemployment, tampering with the federal structure and step-motherly treatment with opposition ruled states, which need to be discussed.
