Srinagar, 17 September (IANS) J&K Special Investigation Agency (SIA) said on Wednesday that it arrested a notorious narcotic smuggler, who was absconding for more than 3 years.
“SIA on Tuesday arrested a major intoxicating smuggler, who wanted in the case of narco-attitude, named, Zafran Khan, Shafi Ullah Khan’s son, Mohra Davan, resident of Mohra Davan, Uri of District Bermula, who had been arresting for the last three years and was given by a special Siya team by a special Siya team.”
