Meanwhile, a source told Hindustan Times last month that Yash and Shah Rukh are keen to work together but there is no script yet. “People have been talking about him working with Shah Rukh Khan – an idea that both actors are very excited about. However, they need the right project to work with as it comes with a lot of expectations and they don’t want to disappoint their fans. This That’s why they want this to be a well-thought-out move and not an impulsive move,” a source said.

Sources familiar with the matter also said that Yash is in talks with Red Chillies Entertainment for another project. “He is already in talks for his second film – which is an action film. He is in talks with Red Chili Peppers Entertainment for the project. Currently, they have discussed the creative idea with the actor and the actor loves it , and wanted to see how it turned out.” The grapevine said. The report also quoted a second source as saying that Yash is currently only focusing on the projects at hand.

As for Toxic, Yash seems to be playing an anti-hero in the film. It is reported that Kareena Kapoor is considering to play the female lead in the film.
