In your video message, Kumar Thanked the people of Bihar for trusting him and allowing him to serve.
He said Bihar once had a bad reputation due to poverty, crime and underdevelopment and being from the state was often seen as an insult. Since then, his government has worked with sincerity to improve Bihar, he said.
“You have given me the opportunity to serve the people of Bihar Continuously since 2005. When we assumed office, being called a Bihari was considered an insult. Since then, we have served you with complete honesty and hard work,” he said.

Nitish said, “Be it Hindus, Muslims, upper castes, backward castes, extremely backward castes, Dalits and Mahadalits, work has been done for everyone. I have done nothing for my family. Now, being called a Bihari is not an insult, but an honour.”
He also gave credit for National Democratic Alliance (NDA) for the progress of Bihar. “Only NDA can develop Bihar,” he said.
Praising the double engine NDA governments both at the Center and the state, he said, “With the NDA governments both at the Center and the state, the pace of development has become quite fast.”
Voting for all 243 assembly seats in Bihar will be held in two phases on November 6 and November 11. Counting of votes will take place on November 14.
The ruling NDA led by BJP and JD(U) is in direct competition with the opposition alliance Grand Alliance led by RJD. This time, Prashant Kishor led Jan Suraj Party is expected to give a tough fight to both the NDA and Grand Alliance alliances in many constituencies.
