Srinagar, Aug 11, KDC: In the bid to promote public service, community participation and inclusive rule, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has announced compliance ‘Sewa Parv’ Crossing the central region from 17 September to 2 October 2025.
According to a government order, fortnight—office programs will roam around the subjects of service and social responsibility, in which specific activities and departmental responsibilities will be mentioned in an attachment for order.
News agency Kashmir.com (KDC) said that the Department of Information Technology has been tasked to develop and maintain a dedicated online portal for real -time monitoring, reporting and documents, the news agency Kashmir.com (KDC) said. Portal will enable the nominated officers to upload activity-wise reports, photos and videos. All line departments will be provided access credentials in advance.
The order further directs all the concerned administrative departments to prepare a detailed travel program and action plan for the implementation at the division and district levels, nominate a nodal officer for coordination and reporting, and ensure timely updates on the portal.
Divisional Commissioners of Kashmir and Jammu along with all deputy commissioners have been instructed to ensure coordinated implementation and inter-departmental convergence to make the event a success.
The purpose of the initiative is to promote civil engagement, increase service distribution and strengthen the spirit of collective responsibility in Jammu and Kashmir. (KDC)
