Selena Gomez is excited to land spin-off cooking show Selena + Restaurant

Selena Gomez is about to debut Selena + Restaurant The spin-off series will premiere on Food Network on May 2.

In the new drama, Only murders in the building The actress will be cooking in the kitchens of some of Los Angeles’ top restaurants.

Selena, who previously hosted four seasons of “Selena + Chef” and the four-episode series “Selena + Chef: Home for the Holidays” on Food Network, reportedly has her best friend Raquel Shi Teevens will be joined by chefs Sherry Chung and Keith. Corbin, Stephanie Izzard, Andrew and Michelle Munoz, Wolfgang Puck, and Marcel Vigneron.

They will both “teach and test” the singer to assess how quickly she can pick up the tricks of the catering trade to create the stunning dishes to be used on each restaurant’s menu.

In a press statement shared via deadline“I’ve spent much of the past four years cooking virtually with some of the best chefs in the kitchen, and now I’m excited to step into their world,” Selena said.

“You have to see if being in person helps my skills,” the songstress added.

Selena will work at restaurants including Puck’s Cut Steakhouse, Chung’s Ms Chi, Vigneron’s Lemon Grove, Muñozes Moo’s Craft Barbecue, Izard’s Girl & the Goat and Corbin’s Alta in Beverly Hills.

Meanwhile, the “Selena + Restaurant” show will be produced by the singer’s July Moon Productions, with executive producers Eli Holzman and Aaron Saidman representing Sony Pictures Television Intellectual Property Corporation (IPC).
