Security forces arms, spilds in Kralpora, arrested one

In a major success against anti-national activities, on Monday, security forces captured a terrorist colleague during a joint cordon and search operation in Marsri, Chowkal, Kralapora village in Jammu and Kashmir.

The operation was jointly launched by 05 paragraphs, 160 Territorial Army, 98 BN CRPF, Special Operations Group (SOG) Kralpora, and police station Kralpora, based on specific intelligence input about the movement of a terrorist colleague in the region.

The arrested person was identified as Wali Mohammad Mir, a resident of Marsari. In search of Mir, the police recovered a large cash of arms and ammunition from their possession, including an AK-56 rifle, three K-56 magazines, 1150 rounds of AK-56 ammunition and 17 UBGL grenade.

The police said the preliminary investigation shows that the apprehensive person was working as a terrorist ally for terrorist organizations and was involved in facilitating arms and ammunition for terrorists operating in the region.
