Marcus Arduni Monjo has denied four cases of murder along with the murder of Daniel ,Elizabeth Cook/PA Wire,

Opening the case on Wednesday, the prosecutor Tom Little KC said: “The prosecution says that that morning there was a clear intention of killing many people that morning on the part of the defendant.

“Daniel Anjorin is the boy who was murdered. He did not know the defendant. He was only 14 years old. He got out of the house and was just going to school, looking forward to his own business, looking forward to the day when he was killed by the defendant.

“His life was smelled in an instant. In fact, most accurately, he was killed by the defendant with the use of this sword.”

The court heard that the force used was “extreme”, and Daniel maintained “destructive and unattainable chopping injury”.

Mr. Little Casey said the incident started shortly before 7 am when Monjo was deliberately accused of running his van in the gender close in Donato Evule, who survived death after being “catapult” in the nearby garden and attacked with the same sword.

The prosecutor said, “Donato Evule also did not know the defendant. If he was not able to escape, it seems unavoidable that he would have been killed,” the prosecutor said.

In the dramatic footage shown to the gamblers, Mr. Evule can be heard shouting, “I don’t know you”, before managing to run on the road shouting.

Monjo is then accused of contacting a woman witness and trying to trap her to stand on her leg. She managed to escape and was able to call the police.

Shortly thereafter, Daniel was making his way to school when Monjo is accused of “moving quickly like a hunter” and was hitting him badly with the sword.

In a mobile phone footage from a witness, Mr. Little KC says that a viewer can be heard saying “He just killed the boy, he killed him right out of my house”.

A few moments after Daniel’s killing, emergency services with police officers and paramedics were rapidly called. When they approached her body, the court heard that Monjo contacted an ambulance with his sword, forcing him to retreat and prevent him from treating Daniel.

The third person to be attacked was a female police officer, Yasin Mekem-Vitfield, who is said to be “bravely” after chasing Monjo through a series of street, while he was still equipped with a sword.

The final attack is said to be after Monjo was engulfed in a garage area, the police inspector Moloy was injured and arrested before the campbell was injured.

The gamblers heard that there was no “issue” that Monjo carried out the link of attacks, but it was their state of mind that was in dispute.

“The prosecution is that it is a clear case of murder and it is also a clear case of the killings of four attempts. We say that the opponent’s conduct was brought as drugs by a self-inspired intoxication,” said Mr. Little KC.

“It, we say, led a mental disorder, but did not meet the requirements to meet the requirements for partial defense for murder due to low responsibility.”

The court heard that the defense case would say that Monzo was suffering from the already existing situation, which created a vulnerability to experience psychological episodes with symptoms such as “inspired by the use of cannabis”. ,

In the presence of a court last month, Monzo refused to kill Daniel, and requested not to be convicted for the killings of Donato Evule, Cindy Arius, Henry de Los Rios Pollania and PC Yasmin Margaret Mekam-Vitfield as well as Inspector Moloy Campbell.

He also denied the increased theft and possession of a blade article related to a kitchen knife.
