SC Advocate urged Motu cognitive COO of Dharmasthala burial

New Delhi, September 16 (IANS) A Supreme Court lawyer on Tuesday urged the Chief Justice of India (CJI) BR Gavai to take a special investigation team (SIT) to investigate the special investigation team (SIT) to take a special investigation team (SIT) for the shocking revelations of the burial in Dharmasthala, Karnataka and monitoring a retired Apex Court Judge.

In a letter addressed to CJI Gavai, Advocate Rohit Pandey described the case as one of the “extraordinary circumstances”, where “visible human pressure and witnesses lie unanimated due to silence”.

After the allegation on July 3, the case was forced to bury the body of the victims of heinous crimes in two decades after the cleanliness activist CN Chinnayya accused him. He registered his testimony to the police, a magistrate, and even filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court.

After their revelations, the sitting skeleton remains, the scalp and clothing objects, partially confirmed their claims.

However, Pandey’s letter warned that sitting and now facing a hindrance.

Advocate wrote, “Despite these conclusions, it has been publicly reported, and widely covered in the national media, that SIT is under pressure that the bodies that appear further are not under pressure to encourage.”

The letter also highlighted the intimidation of lawyers who assist the families of the victims.

“The Karnataka Police (outside the SIT) is being suppressed in service to harass and intimidate the lawyers, helping the victims to sit. Such action forms an unacceptable attack on the freedom of the bar and further demonstrates the ruckus of law rule in Karnataka,” it is said.

For immediate judicial intervention, Advocate Pandey urged the apex court to ensure transparency in the work of SIT, protect the families of witnesses and victims, and order the predecessor and forensic analysis of all visual remains.

He said, “Immediate judicial intervention is the only protection to ensure that the truth is not buried and the dignity of the law is upheld,” he insisted.
