It seems like Sam Asghari is enjoying life and fitness as his ex Britney Spears faces controversy with her boyfriend Paul Richard Soliz.
“Life update,” Asghari, 30, captioned an Instagram photo showing off his chiseled body shirtless while walking his dog on Thursday, May 2.
The model appears to have taken off a black T-shirt and slipped it into a pair of gray sweatpants, and is wearing a baseball cap, sunglasses, and sneakers.
