Srinagar, July 05: Minister of Health and Medical Education, Minister of Social Welfare and Education, Sekena Itu paid a rich tribute to the sacrifice of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and other martyrs of Karbala.
In his tribute, Sekena Itu said that Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and his partner in Karbala follow the supreme sacrifice and patience by his partner, which will continue to enlighten mankind.
“The lesson is that Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and his companions did not teach us to bow down or bend in front of the armies of evil, the guide for the whole mankind”, said Sakna.
The minister urged the people to follow the principles of the martyrs of Karbala to establish a just society, which symbolizes unity and love for each other.
The minister also prayed for the peace, progress and prosperity of the entire Jammu and Kashmir.
