The annual ‘Sahitya Aaj Tak’ is a Mahakumbh that embodies India’s literary, artistic and entertainment traditions. This time Mahakumbh will be held in Delhi from November 22 to 24. For six years, the fair has been a center of attraction for literary lovers and artists.
Sahitya Aaj Tak started in 2016 and was held for the first time at the Indira Gandhi National Arts Centre. The exhibition was previously two days, but due to its increasing popularity and appeal, it was changed to three days in 2017, 2018 and 2019. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021, the event had to be stopped and the event could not be held.
Mahakumbh aims to connect today’s young generation and the public at large with Indian language, art, music and culture. Famous poets, writers, artists, musicians, playwrights, actors, theater artists, thinkers, and philosophers from all over the country and even the world participated in this event. This platform is considered the biggest event in the spread of Indian language, especially Hindi literature.
