Former President Dmitry Medvedev said Russia would find and destroy senior Ukrainian officials if they were linked to Friday’s shootings outside Moscow that killed dozens of people.
“If it is determined that these people are terrorists of the Kiev regime… all of them must be discovered as terrorists and ruthlessly eliminated,” Medvedev wrote in a post on Telegram. He added, “The criminals Official representatives of the State who committed such crimes” will also be punished.
Russian authorities said a shooting at a concert hall in the suburbs of Moscow left at least 40 people dead and 100 injured.
