“Because if it is not, I think we are just going to move forward,” he told reporters at Le Borgate Airport before leaving the French capital.

Officials said Russia firing at least six missiles and dozens of drones in Ukraine overnight, killing two people in the eastern regions of Kharkiv and Sumi and injuring 70 others.

Ukrainian President Volodimier Zelansky slammed the attack, which came a few days before Easter.

France hosted meetings between the US and European authorities in Paris on Thursday, stating that the talks started the “positive process”.

The meetings consisted of French President Emmanuel Macron, Rubio and US messenger Steve Vitcooff.

European authorities expressed disappointment over the peace process, while Ukraine expressed concern that one of Trump’s closest colleagues – Vitkoff – is biased towards Russia.

Zelansky on Thursday accused the “Russian side strategy” of adopting a peace agreement with Hing on the situation in Ukraine -occupied areas.

“He is a conscious or unknowingly, I don’t know, to spread the Russian narratives,” Zelancesi told reporters.

Vicchoff told Fox News on Monday that a peace agreement depends on the “so-called five regions”-Donetnsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhjia, Khercen and Ukrainian region of Crimea, Russia claimed that it claimed.

The Kremlin wants his claims to be recognized as part of any peace deal on the areas, a proposal that Ukraine has killed. Moscow does not fully control any of them except Crimea, which was seized in 2014.

Zelancesi also said that he had “information” on Thursday, supplying weapons to Russia, amidst a growing row amidst China’s support on Moscow support between Kiev and Beijing.
