Additional Deputy Commissioner, (ADC), Handwara, Javed Naseem Masudi, who is also postponing Handwara, today has been reported on various wrong food business operators (FBOs) for violating various provisions of Food Safety and Standards Act (FS&S) 2006. A fine of 90,000.

During the proceedings of cases related to the FS & SA Act 2006, wrong traders (for Miss branded and sub -standard food) were fined, listed before the Assistant Officer.

The Assistant Officer warned him to follow the legal rules, stating that the rules of the Food Safety and Standards Act -2006 and the rules there will be dealt with more strictly in the coming time.
