Rudrabhishek with 1,108 lotus flowers, prayer for PM Modi’s long life on his 75th birthday

Varanasi, September 18 (IANS) The 75th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi was celebrated not only by party leaders, workers and countrymen but also by score of Hindu saints and views.

Speaking about a special occasion, Jagatguru Mahant Balak Devkhari Maharaj said that he and his followers performed Rudrabhishk with 1,108 lotus flowers on PM Modi’s birthday and also prayed for their long life.

“On the Prime Minister’s birthday, we offered 1,108 Lotus flowers and performed Rudrabhishk, prayed for his long life. The way Narendra Modi ji is protecting and promoting the Sanatan culture and promoting them, restoring our temples, and taking Indian traditions in the world, and it has proud of the entire monk community.”

He further said that no other Prime Minister has done as much for Sanatan Dharma as PM Modi has done.

He said, “To support Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Kedarnath, Ram Temple, Ujjain Mahakal, to support local temples, PM Modi has ensured a tremendous change of places of worship of Hindu places,” he said.

Balak Devacharya Maharaj further said that PM Modi has taken everyone along and has ensured development for all.

He said, “Their plans are reaching every poor and needy person without discrimination. Even educated Muslims have admitted that benefits like housing and ration are reaching them equally,” he said.

Describing PM Modi as a leader, who has given strength, security and respect to the nation and every citizen, he insisted, “Whether it is the development of temples, roads, or even space missions, India has reached new heights under its leadership.”

Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti also greeted PM Modi a happy birthday on her 75th birthday and praised her for dedicating her life to the society and the country.

He said, “Modi ji has dedicated his entire life to the society, his goal is to make India self -reliant. Kashi has changed, not only Kashi, the whole country has changed. I wish the Prime Minister a happy birthday.”
