RSS conducts Vijayadashami celebrations at Rajasthan University

Jaipur, September 30 (IANS) Sandivia Swayamsevak Union (RSS) Shri Vijayadashami ceremony was held on Tuesday evening at the Rajasthan University campus at the Rashtradhan University campus.

The program was attended by around 600 students, women, teachers and volunteers, who concluded with enthusiasm despite adverse weather conditions.

The event started at 5 pm, but heavy rains forced the participants to sit in difficult conditions for about an hour. Nevertheless, the atmosphere remained disciplined and energetic, showing the traditional spirit of the Sangh’s endurance.

Chief guest, Gopal Ji Meena, former Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh, praised the RSS for their commitment to the society. He said that the organization works with “fearlessness, morality, righteousness and a sense of patriotism”.

According to him, the lifestyle and organizational discipline of the Sangh continues to inspire many sections of the society. In 1925, Nimbaram, the RSS regional practitioner under the flexibility of the RSS, underlined the flexibility of the Union in 1925.

“A hedge has gone, but today millions of volunteers are ready. The Sangh is not opposing anyone, but works for social change, truth and righteousness. Serving the nation is our religion, and Mother India is our idol. The Constitution is our biggest scripture,” he said.

He said that in its 100 -year journey, the Sangh has shown that its work is not for personal pride but for the welfare of Hindu society and the glory of the nation.

He also talked about the attitude of the five changes of the Sangh – social harmony, self -esteem, family knowledge, environmental protection and civil courtesy – who guide its activities.

The program included the rendering of the Sangh song, “Whatever storms can come, no matter how many obstacles we face, it is our duty to move forward …”

The campus also echoed with the mantras of Vande Mataram. Despite rain and difficult situations, the ceremonies concluded with dignity and enthusiasm, marking a symbolic beginning of the Sangh’s centenary year.
