Lego retained its top position, with Barbie taking second place. Scooters, bikes and skateboards collectively rank third.
Dress and pajama sets were the fourth most requested GiftAfter that, books, chocolates and sweets.
Royal Mail said the top 10 most requested toys of 2025 were:

- Stitch (from Lilo and Stitch)

- makeup set
Jennifer Robb, Head of Santa’s Mailroom, said: “It’s wonderful to see the magic of Christmas shining through on this year’s wish lists.
“LEGO and Barbie continue to grow, but we love the mix of popular character collectibles like Looboo and Stitch as well as timeless favorites like bikes, books and sweets.
“Whatever is under the tree, it’s clear that simple joys are at the heart of every child’s Christmas.”

BBC morning live Consumer expert Louise Minchin told viewers on Tuesday (9 December) what to look out for during the festive season.
Minchin investigated several websites, including one from a business using AI-generated images that claimed to be a quintessentially British apparel firm based in Bristol – but upon closer inspection, she discovered it was based in Hong Kong.
