Royal Mail proceeded to make changes in second -class post service

The Royal Mail has been allowed by the regulator to prevent Saturday’s delivery for the second category post, effective from July 28. The postal service will discontinue its six-day-week service for second-class letters, taking them to an alternative working schedule.

However, first -class posts will maintain their delivery from Monday to Saturday. Tomcom confirmed that three-work-day distribution targets for second class letters remain unchanged.
