There have been many reports of possible differences between Rohit and Hardik but no such comment was ever made by both the cricketers. During the game on Saturday, the roles were reversed on the pitch as Rohit was seen setting the fielding while skipper Hardik watched on the field.

Talking about the match, Jake Fraser-McGurk scored an explosive half-century to take DC to 257/4, before Rasikh Salam Dar and Mukesh Kumar took three wickets each to lead their team to victory.

“This game is becoming more and more close. Earlier it (difference) used to be a few overs, now it is becoming a few balls. The kind of game and the pressure the bowlers are under, we have prepared ourselves to do that. Have done.” If I had to pick something, we could have taken a few more chances in the middle overs. The left-hander probably could have chased Axar a bit, that’s something we missed in terms of game awareness. The way he (Fraser-McGurk) batted was amazing, he took calculated risks, He performed really well on the field (if he had done anything different at the toss) not really, he said after the match.

DC captain Rishabh Pant also opened up about his team’s disastrous batting.
