Toronto – Rogers is joining the growing list of Communications Inc. companies, which is asking its employees to return to the office.
The telecom company says it will need its corporate staff to stay in the office four days a week starting in October.
It says that there will be five days a week in February. There will be no change for front-line or production teams.
Rogers spokesman Zac Carreiro says that the phased approach will give workers and their families time to accommodate changes.
The telecom company is not again in hybrid work policies. TD Bank told its employees earlier this week to stay in the office four days a week starting in the decline.
Other big banks including RBC, Scotiabank and BMO have also made at least four days mandatory in the office starting in September, while Cancard Jenuit is allegedly going to five.
