He had used threatening or abusive words or behavior with intent to cause fear or incite unlawful violence during the beach incident, which once again targeted a woman.
The CTSC confirmed that he was jailed for six weeks, as well as fined £85, at Poole Magistrates Court on Thursday 18 December.

Another motorist went to intervene and called Abbott a bully, telling him, “What’s wrong with you, you’re a woman yourself.” Abbott responded, “She is a deeply troubling woman.”
Following a trial at Poole Magistrates’ Court he was convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior towards her, causing her to be “scared all the time” while driving.
District Judge Orla Austin sentenced Abbott to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months, and disqualified him from driving for 18 months.
He was also ordered to spend 20 rehabilitation days, complete an anger management course and pay £300 compensation and £300 court costs to Ms Isaacs.
In breach of that suspended sentence, Abbott has now been sent to prison.
