Pulwama, 07 July: During the night hours in the Galendar area of Pulwama district of South Kashmir, two persons lost their lives in a tragic road accident and two others suffered continuous injuries.
According to officials, Mishap included a black Scorpio vehicle bearing registration number JK02DQ-2585, allegedly killed by an unknown vehicle. Scorpio was being operated by Jhhoni, son of Tarsem Lal, a resident of Akhnoor (Jammu), and carrying three other passengers at that time.
According to BMO Pampore, Sonu Kumar, son of Ashok Kumar, resident of Dabsora, Jammu, was brought dead in the Deputy District Hospital (SDH) Pampor after the accident. Jhont, driver, was shifted to JVC Bemina in critical condition, where he later succumbed to his injuries. His body was later brought to SDH Pampore for postmortem.
Two injured passengers have been identified; The son of Desh Raj, resident of 25 years old, Chadi, Jammu.
27 -year -old Daman Kumar, Chandi, son of Vijay Kumar, a resident of Jammu.
The identity of a vehicle colliding with Scorpio is unknown. Both are currently undergoing treatment. Police have registered a case under the relevant sections of the law and started investigating the incident.
