Jammu, 18 July: One person died and the other was injured in a road accident on Bani Basohli Road in Katra area on Friday.
Officials told GNS that a bike was involved in an accident on Bani-Basohli Road today. In the incident, the bike rider and his Pillian rider were injured.
Both the injured were transferred to SDH Basohli, where one of the injured succumbed due to his injuries.
The deceased has been identified soon as Singh’s son Singh. The injured have been identified as Satbir Singh, son of Chamel Singh, a resident of Rulka. The injured have been sent to GMC Kathua for advanced treatment.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident. (GNS).
