Rishi Sunak says it’s difficult to balance roles as father and chancellor

Rishi Sunak talks about the challenges of being a good father to two children and balancing being Prime Minister.

Mr Sunak spoke about the fight in an interview with former Conservative leader William Hague on The Times podcast.

The Prime Minister said: “I have two young girls who mean the world to me. It’s hard to balance being a good father and doing a good job when you’re doing these jobs. You have to prioritize that. Work because it’s an important job and you’re doing it on behalf of the country.”
