Delhi Capitals (DC) captain Rishabh Pant, who is playing his 100th match in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024, was given a special jersey amidst applause from the team. DC’s match against Rajasthan Royals at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium marked Pant’s 100th match in the IPL. IPL shared a video of DC camp celebrating Pant’s 100th IPL match on Won the toss in his 100th IPL match and allowed Sanju Samson-led RR to bat in their second match of the season.

Revealing his decision to bowl after winning the toss, playing his 100th IPL match, Pant said: “We bowled first. The wicket looked good and we wanted to use it and maybe in the second innings There will be some exposure. It feels good to play 100 games for the same team, but every game is important to me. Most of the concerns are related to injuries, but those are things you can’t control. Right There are two changes for us – Ishant is yet to recover and Shai Hope has recovered from spasticity. Anrich Nortje and Mukesh Kumar have come in,” Pant said.
