Retory, sex assault on Harvey Venstein’s rape starts in New York

New York:

Hollywood Mogul Harvey Wenstein’s retric was forced on Tuesday, which forced the remaining people who once again helped set fire to the “#MeToo” movement to prepare against them.

Winstein’s 2020 sentence by a jury overturned by an appeal court last year stating that the way witnesses were handled in the original New York testing were illegal.

The Jury’s decision by the New York Court of Appeals was a shock to those who survived the #MeToo movement against zero sexual violence and promoting justice for them.

Wenstein was dressed in a court wearing a dark blue suit, and she adjusted her tie as she took her seat on the defense table, while the trial lawyers spoke to the judge.

Judge Curtis Farber said that he hoped that the evidence will be present for five to six weeks.

“I hope the test will end by the end of May,” he said.

Several dozen future gamblers indicated that they felt that they could not give a fair test to Winstein as they knew about the case.

The boss of Ontime Miramax Studios was accused of sexual harassment of former production assistant Mm Haley in 2006, raping interested actress Jessica Mann in 2013, and a new count for an alleged sexual attack in 2006 at a hotel in Manhattan.

Haley and Mann testified in earlier testing, shared the graphic accounts of their conversation with Venstein.

Lindsay Goldbram, a lawyer for an anonymous woman who brought a new complaint, told reporters outside the court that “she was respected to represent an incredible woman.”

He said, “They are going to ensure that Winstein is held accountable to their heinous crimes against women.”

“The fact that they are going to testify again are testimony to their bravery.”

73 -year -old Venstein said that he hoped that the case would be judged with “fresh eyes”, more than seven years after the New York Times examined and New Yorker led a global backlash against his brilliant downfall and hunter abusers.

Winstein is serving a 16-year prison sentence after being convicted on separate allegations in California in 2023, raping and attacking an European actor a decade ago.

The manufacturer of a box office string has hits “sex, lies and videos,” “pulp fiction” and “Shakespeare in Love”, Venstein is struggling with health issues.

“This will be very different due to the attitude of the state of New York City, New York, and I think, the overall country,” said his lawyer Arthur Edala.

“Five years ago, when you guys were here, there were protests. People were chanting: ‘Fry Harvey, he is a rapist’ … I think, overall, died,” he said, he said, hoping that the gamblers tried the matter on their ability.

Edala separately stated Fox 5 on Monday that Winstein had several diseases, “a terrible infection in his mouth, and he is struggling to speak, and he is struggling to speak, and when you are going to test you need to communicate with your lawyer.”

Wenstein has never accepted any wrongdoing and has always ensured that the encounters agreed.

The accused describe the film Mogul as a hunter, who used his vandal over the cinema industry, who for actors and assistants for sexual favor, often in hotel rooms.

Since his collapse, Venstein has been accused of harassment, sexual harassment, or rape by more than 80 women, including actors Angelina Jolie, Gwneth Paltro, Lupita Nyong’o and Ashley Jude.

In 2020, a jury of New Yorkers found Veenstein guilty out of two out of two – Haley’s sexual harassment and rape of honor.

But in April 2024, the sentence and 23 -year prison sentence were overturned.

In a warm debate in four-three-three decisions, the New York’s appeal court ruled that the gamblers should not hear the praise of the victims about sexual attacks, for which Harvey Venstein was not convicted.

Three people of Venstein’s alleged crimes are expected to testify once again.

“I am going on jury duty – I hope I will not get that (test),” a woman said that a woman drank a cigarette outside the courtyard.
